FactoryMind

The idea of FactoryMind born within Intellectual Labs in Mid 2020 as a Platform to help industrial developers, create and run their models through an automated system to connect the factory data to the AI models in a smart way.

Tasks & Achievements:

• Full Stack development of the web-based application on a microservice architecture (Flask & Fast API), using HTML, CSS,

  Bootstrap, Javascript for the frontend, and Python as the backend language through the Django framework.

• Build the database with Azure PostgreSQL (using SQLite for development).

• Handle the security side of the application with Azure AD.

• Dockerize the application and run it on a Kubernetes cluster on Azure VM.

• Simulating an OPC UA server to generate factory timeseries data + Develop an ML model to predict the failure on a 24hr interval.

• Code data loader, data writer, and notification sender for various top market services, e.g. Google BigQuery, Azure Synapse, Azure SQL, MongoDB, Slack, and Microsoft Teams.
